Bulletins appear in the bar underneath the main navigation and are a quick and easy way to fire a short message to all your users.
To fire a bulletin, select Settings > System: Bulletins. Create a bulletin and click the ‘Create’ button to instantly post the message to all users within your account.
To edit a bulletin, click on the title under the 'Bulletin' heading, edit the text and click 'Update'.
