To export all placements, select Settings > Management Information: Exports.

 

 

Then select ‘Create Export’ from the side menu on the left.

Now select ‘Placement’ within the ‘Export Type’ drop down. There is also the option to set a date range and consultant to refine your export.

Once you press ‘Complete’ there is an option to ‘download to CSV’ and this will download the file to your computer. From here you are also able to rename the file within the ‘Title’ box.

Information captured in the CSV includes:

 

  • Contract type
  • Job title
  • Candidate name
  • Salary
  • PO number
  • Net Total
  • VAT amount
  • Total fee due
  • Confirmed
  • Invoice due date
  • Start date
  • Date of placement made
  • Date and time stamp of last update to the record
