The keyword / ref search is a free text search box that enables you to search a person’s record for specific criteria. It will search for words within the fields of the record and can also search for words within files held against records e.g. on a CV. Use the check boxes below the search bar to determine which fields are searched within a record. Options include:
- Files
- Name
- Address
- Phone
- Job Title
- Employer
To really narrow your search, you can choose to build up a string search using the following rules:
- Use a series of brackets alongside the words 'AND' and 'OR'
- Use ‘NOT’ to discount certain profiles
Please note, you must check the 'Use String Search' checkbox to perform this type of search.
