Using the dropdown menu to select a specific type of person will only show the records of people in your search results as follows:
Any – will show all people in the database.
Candidate – will show any people that are not listed as hiring managers and are therefore exclusively candidates.
Hiring Manager – will show any people that are listed as hiring managers and can therefore be used to access a full client list. Please note, hiring managers are not necessarily exclusively hiring managers and may also be candidates as well.
