To access this section, once on a person’s record, click ‘Add Action’ from the side menu on the left.
Record actions relating to candidate or hiring manager activity to ensure that a full and correct timeline is established. Logging actions relating to specific jobs should be recorded within the longlist page on the job to ensure information is tied together in the right places.
Select the appropriate action from the dropdown, type additional information in the Notes field and click ‘Add Action’.
All action types can be customised from Settings > Customisation: People Actions.
