You can view a history of actions associated to an individual. Once on a person’s record, you will see a list in chronological order within the ‘Overview’ tab. To see the detail of a specific action, click the action and a pop-up window will display the notes recorded.
You can also view actions via the person’s timeline. Once on a person’s record, select ‘Overview’ from the side menu on the left and click the relevant action.
