A project is like a longlist but allows you to create a list of people without associating them to a job. A project could be used in a few ways including (but not limited to):

  • Reverse recruitment – when specking a candidate out, use a project to track all the hiring managers you’ve sent them to.
  • Hot candidates list – create a project full of your top calibre candidates for quick review.
  • Business development – use a project to hold your target clients and use the colour-code system to track progress.
  • Longlist management before a job is live – if you’ve been given the heads up on a role and want to start working on it before you officially log the job, you can start your longlist in a project and transfer it over to a live job once you’ve logged it. This way, you don’t have to log a potential job and then skew your KPIs by cancelling it if it doesn’t come on. Genius!
