How To Automatically BCC Your Just Recruit Account In Gmail

Gmail users can automatically BCC their Just Recruit account using the free Auto BCC for Gmail plugin by cloudHQMail.


  1. Once the plugin has been added to Chrome, press the following button which will appear above your inbox messages.

  2. Click Add New Rule.

  3. Criteria for the rule should then be as follows:

    • When emails are sent from your email address

    • to anyone

    • then automatically Bcc: (your Just Recruit BCC address)

  4. Click Save Rule



How To Automatically BCC Your Just Recruit Account In Mail (Mac)

Mail users can automatically BCC their Just Recruit account using the Mail Act-On plugin, part of the MailSuite 2019 by SmallCubed (£54.00 one-off payment, per user).


  1. Once downloaded, open Mail and select Mail > SmallCubed MailSuite > Manage MailSuite Components. 

  2. Ensure that Mail Act-on is installed.

  3. Select Mail > Preferences > Rules and then select Outbox Rules. 

  4. Select If all conditions are met, click Apply rule on messages I send and click Next.

  5. Click Add Rule

  6. Criteria for the rule should then be as follows:

    • If all of the following conditions are met:

    • From - contains - (the email address you wish outgoing emails to BCC into Just Recruit)

    • Perform the following actions before delivery:

    • Add BCC Recipients - (your Just Recruit BCC address)

  7. Click OK

  8. Ensure the Active checkbox is checked
