Within a ‘Project’ list you can add an action to multiple people. To do this select the users you wish to add an action to by ticking the box to the left of their name.

Note: Selecting the box to the left of ‘Name’ will select all candidates.

Once the appropriate candidates are selected, use the ‘Select Action…’ drop down on the right and select ‘Group Action’.  Then press ‘Apply’.

A lightbox should now appear, it will list the candidates at the top so you can check you have selected the correct ones.

Complete the information here and then press ‘Add Action’ to log the action against all candidates.


At the top of the project, there is a teal box with the number of actions logged against the people on that project. 



To see more information on which actions have been logged and how many, simply click on the box to reveal a drop down. 



Group actions will show in the action type view like this: 



To view the notes or people logged on a group action, click the 'eye' icon to the left of the candidates name. 



Note: You are not able to select Quick Add people to a group action.
