Before setting up the SMS functions within your Just Recruit account, you will need to make an account on TextMagic. Click here to set up your account using our designated link.

Note: You only need one Admin user to do this as it carries the API to all your Just Recruit users.

Now you have an account with TextMagic, please purchase credit before you go any further. Click on ‘Buy credit’ in the top right corner of your TextMagic account to do this.

After purchasing credit, you can buy a phone number. To do this navigate to ‘Services’ drop down on the left-hand side menu and select ‘Numbers’.

Now press ‘Buy a new number’ and follow the instructions on screen. This will allocate you a number, you do not need to activate forwarding.

After acquiring a number, use the drop down on the left-hand menu click ‘Services’ and then ‘API’.

Now select ‘Add new API key’ and name the key “Just Recruit App” and then select ‘Generate new key’.

This will give you a ‘username’ and ‘API Key’.

Next, navigate to the ‘API v2 Settings’.

Copy the following into the ‘Callback URL for delivery notifications’ and ‘Callback URL for incoming messages’ boxes:
