With Just Recruit’s Plus bolt-on package you have access to a fully synced Mailbox on every People record in your database. This is a combined mailbox between the individual and all the users within your account who have chosen to sync their email accounts.
Click 'Mailbox' in the left had navigation on someones record.
You can easily see who has sent and received emails giving you a single timeline of correspondence from everyone in your team.
Click on an email subject to open the email and scroll inside to read the full content of the thread.
Attachments can be directly downloaded by clicking the download file icon, or previewed by clicking the name of the file.
