To view the responses to the forms on your website, go to the left-hand navigation and click on “Forms” under “My Site”.
To quickly see if the Form has responses there is a column to the right of the forms name that says how many responses have been submitted for that form.
On the right of the forms name, there is an “Export” button.
Once pressed it will download the form responses as a .CSV. The .CSV will show like this:
