To add your email signature, hover over your username and profile picture (in the top right of the screen), then select Profile Settings’.

From here select ‘Email Signature from the menu on the left.

You have three options:

1) Choose a file

2) Use HTML

3) Use a file and HTML

1. Choosing a file

Click the 'Choose file' button, select the relevant file and click 'Open'.

Please note, if you have images in your signature you must use this option as images will not display using the HTML uploader.

2. Uploading HTML

This is the recommended option as using the HTML code is more reliable than using an image as images may be blocked in some instances

First, you need to obtain the HTML code of your signature. The steps you'll need to take to do this will depend on your specific system and email provider but a web search will provide you with the necessary instructions.

Once you have the HTML code, paste it into the field underneath 'Or use Html' and click 'Update'.

3. Using a file and HTML together

If you wish to use both together, you can upload an image as well as inputting HTML code. The HTML code will appear first, followed by the image. This makes it possible to include images below your HTML signature.

You can send yourself a test email to ensure your signature is displaying as expected. To do this, click 'Test Signature' and an email will automatically be sent to the email address associated to your account.

Once setup is complete, wherever you see [YOUR EMAIL SIGNATURE] inside Just Recruit, your uploaded signature will be displayed on the recipient email.
