Each time a code is created it is automatically assigned a 'CV Parsing Tag', which as default is assigned the same name as the code itself. These tags are pieces of text that Just Recruit uses when automatically coding a candidate from a file upload. Upon upload Just Recruit will scan the file for the exact word or phrase and if a match is found the record will be coded with the relevant code.

Once in the Coding area, click the ‘Codes’ link on the right-hand side on the relevant coding category or by clicking into a category and then selecting ‘Codes’ from the side menu on the left. On the relevant code click the ‘Tags’ link and select ‘Create tag’ from the side menu on the left. Enter the text and click ‘Create’.

You can add as many tags to each code as you like. This can be useful when there may be multiple ways of saying or spelling certain words or phrases.
