Check the 'Code on upload using file auto-coding tags' checkbox then simply drag and drop files anywhere in the ‘Click or drag files here’ area, or browse for your files by clicking ‘Click or drag files here’ and selecting the relevant documents. Once upload is complete, all information that has matched the file auto-coding tags will be coded. You are able to view and edit these codes in the Coding section of a person’s profile.
Selected codes are also highlighted in the ‘Coding’ tab along the horizontal menu on a person’s profile.
