Once you have created a company you are encouraged to code them using the categories and codes you have defined in Settings. Coding companies allows information to be easily searched and enables the system to crossmatch records.
Simply run through the categories and select each code that is relevant. This information will be automatically updated - no need to click an update button.
Selected codes are also highlighted in the Coding tab on the horizontal bar on a company’s record.
To edit coding, once in a company record, select ‘Coding’ from the side menu on the left.
