The quick add functionality gives you the option to add somebody into your longlist that isn’t in your database.
Once in the longlist, click ‘Quick Add’ from the side menu on the left, fill in the information you have and click ‘Add’.
You can add actions and delete a quick add but you are not able to log an interview or placement. To do this, you must add the candidate to the database. Simply right click the candidate, select ‘Add to Database’.
From that you will be taken to a ‘Create Person’ page pre-populated with the information entered in the quick add. Once the person is created, you will be automatically directed back to the longlist.
Please note: Quick Add candidates cannot be selected for any group actions or the move to top action on the right click.
