When a placement is made it is marked as unconfirmed until an Admin user confirms it. Once a placement is confirmed, candidate details (title, salary and employer) will automatically update, and the candidate will be marked as ‘Placed’.
The placements box at the top of the longlist will remain orange until all placements are confirmed.
All unconfirmed placements can be edited or deleted until they have been confirmed. Upon confirmation, a placement is locked, the job status changes to 'Placed' and an invoice is automatically generated. Click here for more information on invoices.
Once all placements are confirmed, the box will turn from orange to green.
Note: If multiple vacancies exist under the same job, only when all positions have been placed and confirmed will the job status change to ‘Placed’.
Once a placement is confirmed, the job and placement are locked and no further actions, updates or edits can be made. This is to ensure integrity of data.
