Note: There is a video guide at the bottom of the page.
This functionality can be used to mirror certain organisational structures with your companies in Just Recruit. For example, if you have parent / child company relationships (where one owns another) or it can also be useful if one company has multiple sites.
Via a child company, you can see (and select) hiring managers from the parent company on your jobs (as seen below) however, a child’s company hiring managers will not appear on the parent company’s jobs.
e.g., below the parent company is ‘Maple Leaf’ and the child company is ‘Marketing Ltd’.
To add a child company, go to the “parent company”. Use the left-hand menu to select ‘Add Child Company’.
This will bring up the company search, use this to find the company you wish to add as a “child company”.
Once you have narrowed down your search, use the box on the left of the company name to select the companies you wish to make child companies.
Once you have selected the company/companies, click ‘Add to Company’.
To view associated companies, navigate to the company record. Along the top menu bar, click the ‘Affiliate Companies’ tab and you will see any relevant companies along with the type of relationship they have i.e. parent or child.
