Within a job record you can add a note by clicking ‘Add Note’ on the left-hand side menu.
This will bring up a box where you can type a note about the job. Once you have added your note, press ‘Add Note’.
If there are any notes on a job, a ‘View Notes’ tab will appear on the left-hand side menu.
This will bring up all notes ever written against that job.
To delete a note, use the ‘trash can’ icon to the right of the note.
