Once a candidate has completed their interview, you are able to add an outcome.

To use this function, you first need to setup your customisable interview outcome options. To do this, head to Settings > Customisation: Job Specific > Interview Outcomes > Create Outcome Type.

You can view the interview from either the candidates record or the job longlist. From the candidate's record click on the ‘Interviews’ tab at the top.

The other location to view and edit the interview outcomes is from within the job longlist. Next to a candidates name, there is a column that shows who has interviews. Click on the number in the Interviews column.
