Once an interview has been logged, you are able to record the outcome.


You are able to categorise your outcomes into either Successful, Unsuccessful Candidate (noting a reason from the candidate why it was unsuccessful) or Unsuccessful Client (noting a reason from the client why it was unsuccessful).


You can create as many interview outcome types as you need, to do this, go to settings in the top right-hand corner.

Scroll to ‘Interview Outcomes’.

On the left hand-side select ‘Create Outcome Type’.

Use the dropdown to select whether you want the outcome to sit under ‘Successful’, ‘Unsuccessful Candidate’ or ‘Unsuccessful Client’.

Give the outcome a title and when you are done press ‘Create’.

You are also able to delete any outcomes if you do not need them. To do this click on the ‘Trash’ icon on the right of the outcome type.

All delete items are held in your trash can, so you are able to undo them if you need to.
