To change the colour and name of your longlist statuses go to ‘settings’ in the top right corner.

In here it will list all statuses and the colour that is assigned to them.

You can re-order the statuses by dragging the black arrow up and down.

The default statuses can be changed by clicking on the name of them that is in teal.

In here you can rename the statuses using the text box.

To change the colour, click within the white text box that shows colours hex code (e.g., #edf7ef).

Use the swatch to choose which colour you would like that status to show as in the list.

You can also change the opacity of the colour; this will help to ensure the colour is not too bold which can make it difficult for you to read the text that is over it.

Full opacity is on the right, as you drag the bar to the left the opacity will decrease.

Once you are happy with the colour and opacity, press ‘Choose’.

Once you have finished press ‘Update’.

To add a new status, click ‘Create Status Type’ from the left-hand side menu.

Give the status a name and a colour and press ‘Create’ when you are done.
