6.3 Jobs: Longlists
Once a hiring manager has been selected for a job, you are able to access the 'Longlist' from the side menu on the left (this will not appear while the job has the ‘HM Required’ status). The longlist is the area where you conduct your search and track all activity associated to the job including logging interviews and making placements. To edit a longlist, you must be the Lead Consultant on the job. This ensures integrity of data.
